I have been married for thirteen years, I have a thirteen year old son. my husband has abused drugs and alchol on and off tyhrough out our whole marraige, a couple of weeks ago he got way out of control he was smoking crystal meth and and choked me and our son I called the police he left the next day I filed a restraining order.and we havnt seen him since

My husaband was using Crystal Meth becam e abusive to my son and I. I filed a restraining order now I dont no where he is or how to get ahold of him and he doesnt think he should have to pay child support because his son is mad at him anyway.
