Close Lyme Disease
live in georgia, and I was bit by a tick june 9 2007. still very sick and desperate to find a doctor near to treat me properly.
Treatments
- Amoxicillin Not Working
- was prescribed amoxicillin 500 mg tid for 21 days. still have three days left. but I am still sick.
- Neurontin Working / Worked
- helping a little with the radiating nerve pain. but I still am very bothered with these symptoms.
Close Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever
I was bit by a tick june 9, 2007. and I have been sick since then. I have taken three different courses of meds. 8 days doxy, 21 days amoxicillin,5 days prednisone, and now back on doxy for 30 days. I can't get over this. I have been very sick. Anyone know how long I will be sick? I am getting desperate for stories of others that have survived this horrific illness. I need your feedback. Why do the doctors lack such knowledge with this illness?

- Doxycycline Considering
- I am still sick. but maybe the meds have done all they can and I will have to just let my body do the rest.
