Embarrasing as it is, and as much as l try to hide it and live in denial. I am alcoholic :( > i realise l come from an addictive family,but that is just a cop out. This is my First step admittance of my problem.

Drank nothing last night, rather proud of that. Getting my car back, car will know if i have been drinking, due to the alcohol interlock device. Probably a good thing to make me stop

3 days sober , and cracked a little, drank 2 glasses of wine, then threw the rest away. Not to bad
