YOU CAN DO IT CHRISSY TRY TO SIT DOWN AND COME UP WIHT A PLAN JUST TO START YOU OFF
Chrissy you can do it. You can get started and stick for at least 2 days...maybe 3...then four...then 5...take it day by day, dont let the ambition burn you out. Work out in the morning, thats what helped me too! Im one step ahead and if i can do it for 6 days staright alternating activity and intensity then you can too!!!
That is really great! see you can do it. and remember even if the scale says you lost no weight your body could still be changing so dont give up.See how much better you feel after losing a couple pounds, imagine how good you will feel when you lose 25! good luck

I am 37 years old struggling to try and get back in shape. I have recently had alot of problems with anxiety which led me to not take very good care of myself and i gained about 25 pounds. I used to be in great shape and my boyfriend of 7 years has noticed it and has made comments about me not taking care of myself and excercising and it has shot my self-esteem even lower. I keep saying i'm going to start tommorow and i do but it never lasts because i seem too worried about what he thinks.
I am 37 years old with 4 children struggling to get back in shape, I used to work out everyday and take very good care of myself but have slacked recently and need to start back up, I say everyday I'm going to start tommorow but just keep putting it off. I need to lose about 25 pounds and get back in shape where i'm used to being. I just have no motivation!!
