      My 23 year old daughter died in Feb. 2006 leaving her 2 year old daughter who is now 4. I am 56 and am challenged to find the energy to keep up with my granddaughter. She is the light and joy of my life and because of her I get up every morning.

      My 23 year old daughter died in Feb of 2006. She had a 2 year old daughter at the time who is now 4 and my husband and I are raising her. We are so consumed by everything concerning our granddaughter that we sometimes wonder if we have grieved for our daughter. We were very close and I am so lonely without her. Plus I am so sorry she is not here to be with her amazing daughter.
