I started having panic attacks after my son was born who now is 34yrs old. I seem to be worried all the time, waiting for somethiong horrid to happen. I hate the feeliong. At present I am a childminder, one little girl, but she is a handfull. Next week I have got to take her to pre- school and I am already getting worried about it all. I never use to be able to get out of my houde, due to fear, but I am much better now but the fear comes back at times.

I have hurt the musle in the upper wright arm. Mybe a strain. i get pins and needles go down my arn into my thumb now and then. By the way I did not do this at sports. i have been to doctors but he just told me to take pain killers.

Open Depression

I had my first lot of depression after my son was born. I get down now and then. going through a bad patch now. No work, getting fed up, pain from IBS, horrid headaches, hate going to the Doctors. Doctor told me last time I was there to try giving up pills, so I take one every othert day, but they have never worked properly. Mum died, Dad living with us. I feel horrid.

My Dad has just been to hospital for tests and we are awaiting the results. he lives with us after mum died. I am his helper, and would like to chat with people who know what we are going through.

Open Other Eye Problems

I had flashing in my left eye, went to hospital had tests and told I hah pvd which is the jelly at the back of the eye detatching from the retina. No proble with the retena at present but report back if flashing gets bad.
