      Where do I begin. Basically, I'm the cheerleader who got fat. I used to be slender and athletic and beautiful. Now I'm fat and dumpy. With each child I gained more and more weight. I lost a lot of weight after my 1st son but I lost it the wrong way (practically starved myself due to depression) and I gained it back. After my 3rd son, things have gotten really bad. A combinatio of stress, lack of sleep and way too many Mocha Frappuccinos has caused me to gain 20 pounds in 1 year.

      Treatments

      3 Hour Diet Working / Worked
      I eat every 3 hours. Small portions of healthy fats and carbs. Seems to be working really well.
      Alli Not Working
      Doesn't seem to do anything but make me go to the bathroom 5 time per day. No weight loss that I could see. It was the equivalent of taking a laxative. Not fun.
      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      I'm eating healthier foods more frequently and drinking lots of water. Seems to be working.

      I'm using recipes from the abundance of diet books that I have. I take some from Bob Green's book and some from WW Cookbook. I get up every morning and go walking. Lost 4lbs first week.

      I'm 31, 5'2" and when I started I was 188, 183 last I checked. It's only been a week. I was the really cute cheerleader who got fat after getting married and having kids. I can't stand to look at myself any more so I'm finally doing something about it and STICKING TO IT THIS TIME! I'm a photographer and a mother of 3 boys who I don't want to be embarrassed of their fat mother.

      Eat Small Meals Frequently Working / Worked
      I've only been at it 4 days but have lost 5 pounds on the scale. Getting up and walking in the am and drinking lots of water helps. I eat small meals every 3 hours.
