    • Close Hysterectomy

I'm 45, married, no children (one miscarriage) 10 years ago, after a D&C, I was found to have a bi-cornate uterus (it's heart-shaped, bless!) so double the surface area = heavier bleeding. All OK for past 10 years until January when my period just didn't stop. So 2 weeks ago I had another D&C, a laparoscopy and found that I have endometriosis and a cyst on my fallopian tube. The options available are drugs or hysterectomy. Can anyone relate to this? I'm in need of advice. Thanks.
