I have DDD, spinal stenosis and arthritis in my lower lumbar that have caused bone spurs. I have arthritis in my fingers and I have terrific pain at times but always have pain. I am kind of scared wondering how my future will be. The dr's want me to go to PT and I said I would go but I really don't see the sense in it. If Pt would heal my back I could understand but I know it won't.

Open Degenerative Disc Disease

I have DDD and I am having alot of back pain. It seems as though the discs have been making spurs to adjust the spaces where I don't have jell. This spuring has caused alot of pain. I am seeing a Dr and trying to do PT and not having to much luck with that. It is too painful. I also have spinal stenosis. I am here to talk with other people about their backs and what they have done with DDD

Open Sciatica

I have pain going down both legs from my back. I am on alot of meds to help reduce the inflamation of the nerve endings. I also have spinal stenosis, scoliosis, a bulging disc, degenerative disc in lower lumbar, and artharitis bone spurs. I have been through alot so far and don't like the pain like many others here.I am waiting for the shots in the back to help with the pain

I was married for 20 yrs to a man that was abusive in every way. He always threatened that he would kill me or take the kids while I was gone. My daughter was molested by him too without me knowing. It was a life of hell. His temper got out of hand very easily. I never want to be in that situation again.
