Surprise, it's me again!!
I am so sorry that it has been so long since I wrote in my journal.  Life seems to be so busy and the days are so short that it is hard to get everything done that I want to. 

We have had a good summer, it has rained a lot but the temps have been cooler than normal and I like that part.

There have been a few really hot and humid days but mostly 80's and cool nights.  I have enjoyed it and been able to get a lot of the yard work done that I usually give up on when it gets too hot. 

I have been busy, with work and church activities.  Work has picked up somewhat and of course this is my busy time of year.  The economy has affected my job some but not all that bad so far.  Even though places are not buying a lot of high dollar items, they still have to function with the necessities and that is keeping me busy. 

We have had VBS at church and some kids activities this summer, having a Back to School Party on Sunday evening, I can't believe it is time for the kids to return to school.  Seems like they were just getting out for summer break.  It gets shorter every year and I know soon they will be going year round.  It is sad that we want them to grow up so fast.  What happened to the days of letting kids be kids, playing and having fun??  Now we push them to do everything and there is little time for them to enjoy childhood. 

I do have some really wonderful news.  Remember. my daughter in law that had the bad accident last year.  I think I told you that she and our son where having trouble conceiving a child, well the procedures have finally worked and did they ever!!!  We will be welcoming triplets  the end of the year.  Yep, I said triplets!!!
We are all really excitied and I am praying that all goes well.  She is doing great right now and I hope things continue to go smoothly for them.   They have had so many disappointments and heartaches during the last couple of years. Anyway, I think I am busy now, I think life is going to get busier than we can even imagine.
Please pray for them  as things are still risky.

I really don't have any other news to write about.  Life is full of work, church, and grandkids.  What more do I need. LOL

I do want to say thanks for the hugs and messages.  It is so good to know that you all still think of me even when I haven't been very faithful to you lately.  You truly are some wonderful women and I am so happy to have you all in my life.  Thanks for you love and support. I think of you often and promise to try to check in more regularly.

Well, here it is Wednesday already.  My, how the days are flying by!

It is a cloudy, rainy day here but warm.  Spring has arrived in my part of the world.  It has been warm now for several days, we have had a few chilly breaks in the middle but all in all the weather has been nice.  I have flowers popping their heads through the ground and my Easter lillies are blooming, the lilac has lots of big buds on it and I hope we don't have  freeze berfore it blooms.  I love the smell of the lilacs and they are so pretty.  So for the most part, I think winter has passed.  I know we will still have some cold spells but they won't last long.

Not much new and exciting going on with me. I have been working, taking care of my household duties and staying busy with Awana and church functions.  Of course the grandkids are in there too. They are part of my busy days. lol

Our granddaughter got her driver permit last week and she is so excitied.  She is not like most teens and wants to drive all the time but she is getting her liscence and that is a good thing, I know how hard it is to not be able to go when you want to, since I don't drive, I have tried to encourage her to.

I had my regular doctor's appointment last week and he is suggesting a colonostopy.  I have an appointment to see a doctor for that in April,  not looking forward to it but I do know it is important.  So that is the next big thing going on with me. lol

I hope you are all doing well, I am so sorry that I have not been able to be here as much lately, the days are just too short and my time runs out. lol  I do think of you often and hope you are doing ok.  I am going now to check on you, if ds isn't too slow that is.  Is anyone else having trouble with it taking so long to get from one page to the next on here?  It is so frustrating!!

Well, off to get the day moving, hope yours is great!

It is a beautiful morning here, warm, sunny and really looking like Spring has arrived!! I know it can change quickly so I will enjoy today while it is here.

I am not sure what happens to my days anymore, I get up and the next thing you know it is time to go to bed again.  I guess I have slowed some but I think that is only part of the problem.  The days just seem to be so full and there isn't time left over for the extra things we want to do.  I am not sure what I want to give up but it may be time to shed some of the activities that are keeping me so busy.  I do like staying busy though.

The week has been pretty much normal for me so far, work, home, church, family.  All the things I love!!!!!!  I have a doctor's appointment today so it will be another busy one, then we have our small group tonight and I always look forward to that.  We have been studing Revelations and the end times.  It is a bit deep and I tend to get lost during some of it but all in all it is a good study.

Not much in the way of excitment to write about but wanted to let you know I am still kicking, just not too high. lol 

I miss visiting with you all each day but please know that even when I am not here, I am thinking of you and praying God's riches blessings on each of you.
