      Trying to keep my head above water. Thank God I can swim. (LOL) Trying to stay away from booze. I need to learn more about setting boundries. And taking care of me. "Never say die". Divorced, proud mom of my Jennifer, Scott and Kris. They're a blessing from heaven. I don't deserve them. And they truly deserve better than me. God bless them BIG TIME.

      Anything outdoors. Prefer the cooler weather. Reading. Laughing with others. Cuddling. Family. PEOPLE in general. Learning new things. Cooking, especially for others. Love music but haven't listened to it as much lately for some reason. Sunsets. Passing on smiles. Stuff.

      Type: Clinical (Major) Depression

      I'm a 50 year old alcoholic with depresion. I've been shit on one to many times in my life. Not to say that I have alife.But I keep trying.

      Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
      Wellbutrin Working / Worked
      I've been taking it for 3 months nowand I think this is the one going to help me. I feel more stable.

      I am a 50 yr old female who has been drinking about30yrs.It started very simple, like most I guess.But now my life revolves around it.

      Outpatient Treatment Program Somewhat Helpful
      I've just started with my counsellor. I think it's going to be helpful.
      Prayer Working / Worked
      Helps me to calm down. Get my thoughts back in order. I need to spend more time here.
      Sleep Too Soon to Tell
      I'm still trying to get in a routine.
      Willpower Not Working
      I need to work on my self discipline. Big time.
