hard to even think with the pain in my body. i feel like real anxiuos. i am waiting for my june 12 neuro appt. i am addicted to painkillers cuz i feel pain 24 7. i am tryin to stay up but my body hurts!!!

what kind are you taking? I don't think the medicinal world has solving pain down very well. I am sure if you had a choice you would take something to get yourself out of pain and be done with it? The reason you say you are addicted is because you keep having to take them because they don't last very long - everybody has that problem - you are not alone on that problem!!!!

I'm so sorry! I hope your doc can do something for you - there's all sorts of treatements for chronic pain - have you tried a "tens" unit? (Not sure if I'm spelling it right - it interrupts the pain signals from the brain).

how long have you lived in the same place? Have you considered moving closer to family? Considered moving to a smaller town to get "away" from the rat race of life?

There's little worse than constant pain. Let's hope the neuro can put you on something a little stronger.

Wow, I need to catch up with you Story,... It's bad to be addicted to any pills, but any addiction can be Broken, don't worry about being Hooked for now, I would concetrate on why you have the pain and how to make it go away or be manageable,... I have a Friend who sees a Pain Management Doctor...not sure about what pains she has, Gosh I hope you do feel better soon, I know it's Possiable, just got to get there,.. have stregnth during your journey on this quest to be free of pain.. I will pray but I am Confident you will reach that painfree place, Just will ask that it comes soon,.. I believe God gives us Challanges for reasons,.... even though Im not one to understand why most of the time,... take care my friend,... and feel better soon :)
