lord knows my pain
lord knows we ache
the life we live
got us feelin sick
some got aids
some got cancer
we need money not for war
but to solve the question
of why poverty is still pressin
in africa we need more money
not government oppression
hate is an issue of lack of self love
in a society where money is love
we lose trust
we start to lust
become another to become
a fake bust
what is the life that is so real
when we got parents killin their kids
with gossipin highlight reels
still i can feel
still i wanna heal
hataz gotta know they will 4ever
need not give a damn
but to treasure
no man can take away my treasure
need love within to forgive
i see these streets like crazy
we need kids to be happy
not see another cat smokin weed
i will pray and meditate
to get healthier and to live great
hopefully u will do the same

This is very deep and easy to read. You have put into words what most people think. Maybe our President-elect will be able to help change some of these things. But the real work has to come from the people themselves. If people choose to live making poor choices and hurting each other, they will reap what they sew. We are our own worst enemy.I watched a movie tonight that carried a touching word of advice. A man asked God, "How can I make this world
a better place?" The Lord replied, "One random act of kindness at a time." It all made such simple sense. But MAN is too full of himself and greedy to see this.
