      I am a 46 year old single mom of one 19 y/o boy. I live in New Jersey, I have been a hairdresser for about 28 years....now only very part time due to fibro. I come from a big family, we all live in the same town.My family is so not supportive of my illness. I have a great group of girlfriends who love me and accept me for who I am...I am very grateful for my friends and my son. My personality is very out going, I can make anyone laugh, I love to swim in my warm pool, There's no place like home.

      Here's lookin' at ya kid....and are we having a fun filled new year yet? Remember when you told me that missy was the name of your cat and that your sister has a drinking problem? Haven't been on as much, the depression has been at bay for quite a while now, which means I have lots of projects on the burner at all times. How is your end of old bridge? That doomed house by me still hasn't been rented or bought, it is almost a full year. I heard from a friend in south amboy that he was shot in the chest, funny how things start getting circulated eventually! How is your son? I hope your fibro pain is held at bay this new year, I belong to the chronic pain group here and have finally been given pain meds for my back. I am like a new person, I even painted the whole stockade fence during late summer! I still can't do anything with my hair, half gray and half mousey brown, and very fine and thin from a thyroid problem. I'm starting to think seriously about making life simple with a nice wig or two for times I want to spiff up!
