I am a licensed psychologist with a part-time private practice. I have been married for 28 years and I have two dogs. My dogs and my family are my joy. My passion is my work. I also enjoy gardening, feeding the birds, reading, watching TV and talking on the phone to my family. DOING ANYTHING is a double-edged sword...it brings pleasure yet makes me sick. I guess it is a love/hate relationship.

Good girl, i'm so happy that you are doing a little less and that you'll try to get some down time while visiting...that's not the easiest but i'm glad you'll try! YES they love you and want all of your attention so that is good but oh so hard huh?! I know how you feel! So when do you leave? Tomorrow? I hope the packing goes well...same at my house, I pack for me and Gracie! We're the packing Mommies I guess! That's lots of work for you with 2 doggies and meds, food, toys, leaches, bed etc! Ahhh! Glad you liked the check list, hee hee, I just KNOW how it feels! UGH! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea that your Mom, Darla's Mom and my Dad are all up in heaven looking down on the 3 of us, being so happy that we've found each other! Such a peaceful and happy thought! We've got to tell that to Darla!! She'll love that! I know I should rest today and paint tomorrow but after passing both the electrical and building inspections today i'm pumped andd ready to get up there, so i'm gonna push it and paint...I can sit down for most of it and it'll be ok! But I appreciate your clucking...you are SO right too! We have the plumber coming to finish up at 3 then the upholsterer coming around 7 for the window seat! What a 'getting stuff done' day today! AWESOME! By the way, I told Bruce i wasn't going to the bar with friends tomorrow night, he was dissapointed but ok...I hate the guilt when he looks so disspointed but i'll live! lol I'm glad i'm not going! Thanksgiving day will be hard enough! How long will you be staying at your Dad's? For the weekend? I hope you get a big spurt of energy and your pain goes away and your head clears up...so you can enjoy your family like you want to! I'm a prayin'! Ok off to paint! Good morning Sunshine!! Ok, so today starts the second week from hell...let's go thru our "I can do anything if I push" check list.....Dr Pepper? Check, Chocolate? Check, "I can do anything attitude"? Check, "I'm gonna do this so help me God attitude? Check, "I hate this friggin disease and am gonna show it who;s boss attitude"? Check, "I will get thru this day then go straight home and take care of myself and go to bed early no matter what"? Check?? How's that? Pick one or all and go for it! I"ll be wishing you thru the day! I jsut wish that you felt better so you could enjoy the work you love soooooooo much! Pffffffffft on CFIDS! YEAH! At least you got to watch DWTS last night, AND YOU VOTED!! HOW FUN!! Who'd you vote for? I can't wait to watch it today! Especially after reading Darla and your hugs, so fun! The final electical inspection is being done on the attic bedroom today between 9-11! I'm soooooooo excited!! I hope we pass...if so then on to the building inspection, if that passes then we're all set to sleep up there....well after we finish painting and clean it up! :-) YAY! I'm trying to muster up some energy to go up and do some painting this morning, it's not working tho! SHOOT! Well my dear Posie! I hope you have a great day in spite of feeling so sick! Ya know, in my heart the little girl in me wants to see Kelly O. take the trophy. I know Mya probably will, but Kelly is such a sweet thing, and has grown so much through this experience, I would just love to see her take it. Donny too, in a sense, but he's had a lifetime of acheivement and success, Kelly has had little to nothing...just a crazy dad. Did you see him there last night??? Yup, proud Ozzie, watching his little girl!!

Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I became ill, 15 years ago. I thought that I was coming down with the flu(sore throat, body aches, fatigue, etc) and left work early, to go to bed and "nip it in the bud". I never got well. I guess, I was lucky...I had a doctor who believed me and was shocked at the sudden & severe change in my health. At first they thought it was my heart. My doctor even referred me to a specialist at a competing clinic and I was diagnosed at 6 months. One never gets used to this,you lose so much.
