It's been awhile since you've checked in here at DS and I just wanted to let you know you've been missed. In your last post it looked like you were coming to terms wiht your mothers passing and were relieved that the in laws from hell had left. I hope things are picking up and going better for you.

hello all, I am new to the community. have had fibro for about 2 years. all was going well until recently. today is just awful. so glad I found you to know that I am not alone thank you for being here

- this helps when all of the muscles in my neck and jaw seize up
