47 y/o male dealing with some co-dependency issues, and trying to work more on my relationship with God, and having a hard time dealing with my wife's addictions, we recently got back together after 3.5 months seperation, and things are working alot better. She has been throught rehab, and we are both in celebrate recovery. Its a long road, but we have an awesome God who is in control.

Love my family, and the outdoors, even like yard work and making things look nice. Like exercise (cycling) when I get the chance. Like photography but man is it expensive hobby.

Close Codependency
Hello all: living in co-dep. has been a hard time for me, to first admit that I was co-dep. was a big step and a nice release. My biggest issure is my wife who is a recovering addict. She has been addicted to it all. We have been married 21 yrs and have 2 kids, one still at home. She left about 3 months ago, and it is hard to try to find the strength to piece things back together. She is the love of my life, and God is helping me heal my heart and soul to accept her back.
Treatments
- Celebrate Recovery Working / Worked
- Being able to share and hear other stories like mine and see peoples feelings and help each other cope has been great.
- Couples Counseling Working / Worked
- I have been able to see the work of God in our lives and in our hearts, being able to share hurts and pains from years ago has really helped, without any condemnation.
