hi Debs yeah im up down on a roller coaster that i want to shout stop but then i want to shout faster. so not really sure where i am at. so i lost touch even on facebook i do what i have to and come off everthing is just so much of a effect for me at the min and im fed up i want to come out the other side by now..

- Eased pain a little but had to come off it as I felt useless. Could not function. Wanted to sleep all the time & the more I slept, the more I wanted. Didn't eat, go out or even get dressed. The pro's was not worth the cons for me.
