Hi all is well on this end. My doctor took me of of the steroids. I am maintaining with the plaquenil. I started walking today and felt pretty good. This has been a good day. It started off pretty bad but ended up good.

Close Sarcoidosis
I have for nearly a year been trying to get an actual diagnosis. They are sure it is sarcoid but can't be sure so they won't treat me for it. I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. I am so new to this and I have not heard one positive thing. Is there anyone out there who has successfully been treated for this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Pattie
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I have tried every diet known to man. I have health problems that make it hard to excercise. I am going to try nutrasystems where I won't have to cook and portion control.
Treatments
- 3 Hour Diet Working / Worked
- It might have been ok but it is a lot of work for someone who hates to cook.
- Atkins Diet Working / Worked
- I lost but the minute I went off I gained back more than I lost.
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- This was before the points and so I ate everything they said I could and the lady told me I was the only person that gained on the program.
