i am 53 years old ,, still have 2 young kids at home .. plus going trew menopause ,,i am going trew it without any medacation to help me cause am alergic to all of them,, the only med am on is estradiol vagina tablets ,, cause they only go into the tissue and not the blood,, doesnt help my hot flash ..omg getting restless , lack of sleep,, am so tired by lack of sleep at night that i notice myself getting very agressive, no patients ext, anyone going trew this without hormon replacement?
