Well thanksgiving is done and over with. We drove down to see our friends for thanksgiving and they completely forgot we were coming. They had about 20 people there all of whom were family. We had taken some wine with us so we stayed just long enough to have some wine but got out of there before they served their bird. It sure looked like a stretch to me to feed all those people with one 20lb turkey. So needless to say we ended up eating turkey at Cracker Barrel.  It wasn't very good but it would do. We then met my vendor friend who was going to rep my line and gave her my stuff to sell. At least something good came out of the trip.  Then we left and drove home and got home in time to be invited over to our friends house for at least a good piece of pumpkin pie.  That night I cried myself to sleep. I started to remember all the thanksgiving and Xmass dinners we had with all the family. I began to miss my aunts and uncles and my parents and brother etc. Most all are dead and gone. This was bad enough but then I had to add to it by remembering all my great german shepherds and cats that were dead and gone. What a period of depression crying about all of that. I have been very down now for a couple of days. You would think that I would be looking forward to Xmass and a trip to see my brother. I love to see him but his wife makes it almost impossible for me to stand being there. She puts notes all over the house for us like on the toilet she would put Put the seat and lid down when finish. then it's push your chair in at the table and don't leave you plates in the sink please put them in the dishwasher and so on and so on. It's funny that Gale and I have always done these things to begin with and certainly don't need to be told to do something that we already do. Now for the kicker, when HER FAMILY comes over the notes come off and her family does leave the seat up on the toilet, they do leave their dirty dishes laying around etc. I think the notes should be for her family and not Gale and I. I wish my brother would get rid of her but he is such a pussie. Oh well, I only have to take it for a couple of days then Gale and I are going over to the beach for a day or two and they won't know about it. That's all for now folks. Judy
