Use to suffer from severe panic attacks. Was takeing xanax. Have cured myself for the most part with lots of hard work and support of friends and theraphist. I take each day one day at a time.

I do Embroidery.Love animals, especially cats and German shepherds. Have 2 cats and a husband trying to cope with me. Love sports espcially tennis, baseball, and football.Cooking, gardening, and taking a walk in the woods or on a beach.

Close Anxiety
I have pannic attacks and gad. Seems to be worse in the morning. I take .50mg of xanix 3 time a day. on regular schedule which works better than when needed. had to catch attacks when they first appear. taking on regualr basis stops a lot of the attacks. Just a few breakthrough. tried paxil .20mg once and was halucinating and was much worse. will never do it again nor any other srri. Going to try therphy next with xanix combined. Star jan 10th. Hope it works better.

- day 1 1 hr after pill chest burned from one end to other with chestpain, burning up neck and bad headache lasted all day and night.Day 2 and 3 same but lessening.
- Paxil Not Working
- Worst i have ever been. see more under first entry
- Xanax Working / Worked
- this has done the best for me. I'm now starting to shave it down in strength. hope to get well without meds.
- Massage Working / Worked
- Have back pain from anxiety. Get massage 1 a week. get (light)relaxation massage instead of deep tissue(hard). Go to a good liscensed massage theraphist. It's worth it.
- DailyStrength Working / Worked
- Makeing a lot of friends here. Getting some good sugestions and advise along with some good humor.Hope i have helped others too.
Close Breast Cancer
Mother had breast cancer, her sister , sister's daughter, and mother. Now i have spot in my breast and have gene for it.I suffer from panic disorder and am having trouble geting myself in to have biopsy done. spot is less than the size of a pea.

- same as some of the other diets too costly and no real success

- on this one for months. very costly and only lost 4 lbs in 3 months
- Physical Exercise Not Working
- Walked up to 4 miles a day for months and still didn't loose weight.
- Slim-Fast Not Working
- Weight Watchers Not Working
- i managed to gain weight on this one.
Open Pet Bereavement
I have managed to fight and win the battle against anxiety and panic attacks, it was a long and hard road to recovery. Now I have lost my soul mate Piggy (my cat of 14 years)I'm having such a hard time dealing with the loss and grief. He died in my arms in may. I have just gotten another cat but it's not the same. He's a little close in looks but way different in personality. Right now I'm having trouble getting him use to my other cat.Being referee and stoping cat fights is not fun-Need advise
