      Atkins Diet Not Working
      Had problems sticking to it as my will power left me and I love pasta too much

      I have intolerances to dairy so cutting down on that and so far having a bit more enegy for excercise.
      Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
      I have stopped eating meat now as a previous meet free diet meant I lost 2 stone!

      I am cutting down my prtions now - eating little and often
      Green Tea Working / Worked
      Drinking green tea to detox. It does help

      I started self harming when I was 13 years old. It started by just cutting into my arms and legs and then included taking painkillers and bruising.

      I have mega issues with counting and food hygeine.

      I have seizures - on rare ocassions convulsive, I also suffer from absences that can be really scary too.

      It has its good days and bad days
    • Open Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

      Told I had PCOS a few months ago, I know that only makes me new to this but I think I deserve a say anyway!

    • Open Shopping Addiction

      I never knew that this was a recognised addiction! When I asked my gp about help for this he laughed! Shopping makes me happy until the bills come in. I'm in so much debt but it curbs my depression

    • Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

      I have IBS and food intolerances, not much else to say really

      I have worring thoughts about other people. I'm not sure whether you class this as anxiety but there you go.

      Been suffering from back pain on and off for about 6/7 years but this last year it has been pretty constant.

      It was more massage than anything.

      Although I am 23 now and not a child anymore but was put on anti-depressants from the age of 12

      Effexor Somewhat Helpful
      no longer taking this one but did help some of the time
      Prozac Not Working
      Didn't do alot for me to be honest
      Elavil Somewhat Helpful
      Not too sure on the spelling- was ok, helped as mild pain relief too sometimes
      Celexa Somewhat Helpful
      helped me get over an eating disorder but then made me put on loads of weight
      Lamictal Working / Worked
      taken for epilepsy as well as moods. Helping more than the others have
    • Open Chronic Pain

      Chronic pain in my stomach and back for the last 10 years all together with no help from doctors!

      Morphine Working / Worked
      It has a diferent name that I cannot remember and tramadol too. They help sometimes but only when I can keep them down.

      Fear of losing someone very special to me. Scared for them all the time and I am always worried about them

      Well, I find out that I had been diagnosed as "suffering from a bipolar mood disorder" by casually reading the notes over my doctors shoulder. Noone told me to my face!

      I have no money to budget now as I am not working.
