I have so many different things. I did weight watchers years back and I just stopped going. I joined in Jan 07 and did good up until about a month or two ago. Each week I gained a pound or two. I got disgusted so I stopped going. I really got tired of paying so much money to step on a scale. I joined curves but did not like it. It was boring and did nothing for me but takes my money every month.

Treatments

Curves Not Working

I thought it was sort or boring and I lost interest. It did nothing for me. I have to still pay for it. Make sure you are sure before signing anything.

Meridia Working / Worked

I think it does help but not for a long period of time. After I would say about 3 months or maybe a little less, it does not really work. But it is a kick start.

Physical Exercise Working / Worked

This does work but you have to do it. Not like me, only when I feel like it. I did it before and got results but I tend to give up very easy.

Weight Watchers Working / Worked

This is GREAT!!! Teaches portion, teaches you to read labels. They are put there for a reason. It does get expensive.

Close Shopping Addiction

I absolutely LOVE to shop. Especially for my family. I want my grandkids to have everything!!!!! If my kids need something, I make sure they get it too. I have alot of credit card debt that my husband does not even know about. I do not work. I have not worked since Jan 3, 05, when my grand daughter was born with a heart defect and needed open heart surgery and I quit to stay at the Ronald McDonald house and help take care of my grandson. How do I stop buying?
