Close Obesity
I have always been overweight but after my second child I took the depo shot and gained 45 lbs. took a second shot and gained another 40 lbs. I cannot get this weight off of me I used to 170 in school and after my first child but went to 230 after shots, third child came my hormones went crazy and now I have to take meds which is ballooning my weight to 350 lbs. it is really starting to depress me I want to play with my kids and go places and I know people stare and probably embarrasses them
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- I have avoided sweets and things of this nature but i didn't eat these in the first place
- Meridia Considering
- i have heard there are side effects to this so i am afraid to take them
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- i am walking but i have asthma and do get attacks by exercising this is where my problem is
- Xenical Considering
- i want to get rid of this weight without depending on a med
