    • Open Panic Attacks

      I just started getting panic attacks this summer. The first time I had one I thought I was having a stroke or a heart attack. Attacks are the worst feelings in the world and I cannot convince myself that I am okay until they are over. I'm starting nursing school very soon and I am so afraid that I will get these attacks during school. If anybody can share some good advice, I would greatly appreciate it :)
