Hey- so tell me what's going on with u lately- things doin OK?
What area do u live in- Florida? I'm doin OK, but my biggest problem lately is sleep deprevation! Must be part of menopause...can't hardly get to sleep anymore- really hate feelin cruddy so much. Do u work? :)

Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
After many, many attempts...I can say that I have been smoke free since 9/10/08!! My daddy died of lung cancer in March of 06 after smoking all of his life. And after finding out that smoking may have contributed to me getting multiple sclerosis... I have finally dropped the chains!!

- Works...but mind has to be willing, too!

- Always Works. Got me through the rough times and gave me the knowledge that I could succeed.
