transfering our Church of the Brethren membership from Meyersdale, thank you to that Church family and being recieved into the Fellowship COB today with a carry-in dinner welcoming us. It is a good day. I led my first Bible Study on Wednesday, first church work in over a year now. It is good to see I CAN DO IT.

Up a this hour cannot sleep. Walking is painful edema in knee and byrcitis (sp) in the hip and aching pain in between. My hands are trembling so I can hardly eat food neatly. I feel like a hog at the trough. Here Pig pig pig time to eat. A bit to graphic, but it is what I feel. Keep on keepin on, rely on prayer to get through the valleys John
