I'm 60, a grandma who moved from NYC to see my 3 little grandkids grow. I have no will power and need to lose weight. Now it's affecting my health. I say it doesn't bother me but it does, very much. I live alone so planning meals makes it difficult. I'm also on a fixed low income and that makes it difficult when I go food shopping. I need help. Thank you,

Help me please, I have overcome so many things in life and I can't fix my weight. I was always a pretty normal weight untul about 5 years ago. Things started happening in my life that made me both sad and angry. I am 60 years old and I feel engulfed in this 50 lb weight gain. I feel horrible physically. I am on a limited income which makes it even harder to eat the right things. I don't mean to be on a pity pot but I haved trieed so hard and always back at the same weight.

- Just lose a couple of lbs and then up again. So frustrating.

Hope you will have me. I suffer with COPD and my weight. Sometimes I just don't know what to do, I'm 60 moved to MO after coming from NY where I lived my whole life. I'm on a limited income and I am alone.

Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
I'm always bloated with gas. My stomach is always distended and it seems there are no answers. My weight has gone way up the last 5 years and that doesn't help. Sorry to sound like a complainer. Kathy
