well im almost at my pre preg weight but have a little more to go to get back in shape

well since starting on reductil about 8 weeks ago, i have lost about 5 kilos.

WOW 14 months! Soo big! Mine is 6 months, I havent been on much since hes been born, And im living with his dad and his dad doesnt approve of me talking to strangers on the web. :( So its my secret. But yeah hes soo cute!! Your definetly blessed!

Hey!!! Well Isaiah is one tomorrow! Not long after Jake was born!! I can't beleive how time flies when you are watching something as beuatiful as our boys grow!!! It really doesn't feel like it should be a year gone by yet it feels like he has been here forever!!! I don't know if it makes any sense that LOL Reen

im 22, and have had acne since i hit puberty at about 11, its alot better these days. but still very much there, i hate it.

im a mum to a nearly 9 month old boy, and have been struggling to get back to my pre baby body

- Atkins Diet Not Working
- attemted atkins for a couple of days but because i dont eat a lot of variety normally i found it hard to find different meals that were satisfying
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- im a fussy eater but try to eat as well as i can
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- i love the gym, but being a sahm i dont see huge results but i feel better just being at the gym
- Meridia Working / Worked
- i went on reductil a prescribed drug here in australia and finallyy started seeing the weight come off with excercise and eating well of course it gave me the boost i needed to get me going
