things are a little crazy now so i haven't been on in a while,i've had some tough times but there is one thing that makes my heart swell is that we are celebrating my daughter's 1st birthday.she makes all things seem great!!! i'm truly blessed to have such an angel.hope things are good with u!

i've been battling bi-polor since the age of 15.my mother has been sick for past 4 years .being caregiver 24/7 has beaten me down.i need to talk to someone vent my stressful life.
Treatments
- Prozac Working / Worked
- i gotten so use to being in turmoil and unhappiness past year.the meds i am on don't help any more
- Psychotherapy Not Working
- just don't feel comfortable talking out my problems to my new therapiest
