Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Primary Progressive MSI was Dx in 1997 when I was working as a CNA at a Family Practice. The hardest part was having to quit my job because I loved it so much so I yrt to do volunteer work when I can!
Treatments
- Avonex Working / Worked
- It quit working. MRI came back with many lesions.
- Rebif Working / Worked
- Too many side affects
- Solumedrol Working / Worked
- It didn't do anything except give me headaches and raise my Blood Pressure
- Cellcept Considering
- Two Neuros tell me different stories! I don't know what to do
- Tysabri Working / Worked
- I am on my fifth IV and I think it is helping! The Neuro said that the sttrength in my left arm is improving
- Swimming Working / Worked
- I go to the pool three times a week and walk. I also do some paddling around because I can't swim! It has helped me so much just to know that I am doing something possitive for my MS!!
