Hello all,
It's been one hell of a roller coaster but I think I am starting to get the swing of things. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and its becoming evident that I am doing so serious nesting. Just yesterday I emptied all the closets and told everyone if you don't need it toss it or give it away. No need in holding on to things you don't use. Anyway, I've also noticed that I get up earlier everyday and I have a list in my mind of what I want to accomplish for the day. This small act helps me with a sense of purpose when I wake up in the morning.
I don't know if I told everyne, but I have a fantastic Rhematologist named Dr. Michelle Petri, she's at Johns Hopkins Lupus Center, and she is just wonderful. I am confident that my health care is finally in the right hands. She assured me that she would never give me anything that will harm me or the baby. I fully trust her. She prescribed me the Plaquenil (name brand) and it actually works. It does not make me sick or anything. She says that I am a very good patient and that I look a lot better sine the last time she saw me which was last month. It's been a long time getting here, and I feel truly blessed. I am not saying that everything is perfect, and I do still struggle with pain with the fibromyalgia, but to know that I have a plan and a excellent support system is fantastic. I don't feel as alone, and I have all of you to thank for that. Thanks for keeping me in your prayers and God bless you all.

Am so glad that you found Michelle Petri. She really helped me through a bad flare when I was living up there in 1995. When is the baby due? Do you know what it is yet? Is Hanna reeking havoc on Baltimore? I saw where it's going up that way if it isn't already there. Hugs, Pam
