Well my last doctor appointment went better than I thought it would.  He said my t-cell count is great and the VL is still low.  And that what ever I am doing to keep it up.  All I am doing is trying to get some exercise, enjoy life with my son, my dog, motorcycle organizations and club I support and take vitamens.  Am still very busy which is one reason I am not on this site too often but am going to enjoy a trip for work out of the US which will last almost a month.  I will be out of the country for the holidays so to all my friends and family take care and have a happy and healthy holiday season.
