I'm a college student currently majoring in theatre arts. I'm here to deal with the stress of caring for my mom who had a stroke, as well as my own issues of anxiety and depression. I love when I am bold and fearless and passionate, but lately I've been feeling less and less like myself. I just want to find how I can really be happy and joyful again.

my dad had many strokes now and is in a nursing home at the age of 92 now. i know exactly what you are going through. its very hard. my dad is not getting mean and he never was that way before. hard to deal with, will talk more later, love judy
