WELL GREAT PEOPLE I'M BACK! I did get a letter from W/C stated I was aloud to go back & see the DR. Who was not on their list but was wreckomended from a great person. SO after 3 deniel's I saw my DR. for the 4th time, & after my check up he agrees I still need the surgery ! SO now it's another waiting game with W/C who is hoping I will go away ! But I can not afford the surgery . DR. told me it will cost around (get this )- $450.000 wow
so I'M stuck with them W/C & they do owe it to me since I did get hurt on the job. & HAS GIVEN ME THE RUN AROUND FOR ALL THESE 4YRS. SO good people I know it's a long time but please do not give up if something happens to any of you! justice will be done! GOD WILLING!

HI ALL, well last week I ended up in the ER! I was swetting so much , like I just got out of shower!I had problems with my cerotic artery, & pain going towards my heart! but it did stop at my collar bone! wow 2 days in the hospital & still can not find nothing wrong! no blockage, no heart attack, no stroke, nothing else has happened since then! thanks LORD!
SO WHY DO YOU GET A HUGE BILL IF THEY ARE PRACT ICING on us ! are we ginny pigs for them! so we should only pay 100.00 - thats where socialized medicine comes into play! WHICH WE DON'T HAVE AS OF YET!SO friends I hope you all haver a great weekend! stay well hope you all have as little pain as possible,& always pray for us all & for our MEN & WOMAN in the SERVICE! -WITH OUT FREEDOM YOU ALL KNOW WHAT IT COULD BE LIKE! --NO THANKS- I LOVE MY FREEDOM! -- THANKS AGAIN FRIENDS--PETERS

so what do they think happened that you were sweating so much and having that pain so close to your heart? Something is not right! But getting an answer to that is not going to be easy.
I'm not looking forward to socialized medicine. They say it's going to be like having VA for everyone. Well I know all to well how that works. It's not good. Unless you are having a heart attack you have one appointment, they don't find anything, then you get another appointment 2 months later. By the time they figure out what's wrong, you either have a heart attack or die from whatever it was that brought you to the VA. It's not fun!
We still have the greatest country in the world but we are getting close to losing it.
WELL GREAT PEOPLE I GIVE YOU NO GREAT NEW'S ! I went to my pain DR. yesterday , for 2 reasone's , 1- was my time to go ,& get meds & the other was cause from last Thursday, till early tuesday morning ,I had a tearring feeling from my left leg, I did get worried cause of the area where my spinalcord stimulator inplant battery was, started a feeling of burrning & tearing rite under the battery where it started then went down my left hamstring about 20 inches then started up above my lower back aprox. L1 area! I could hardly walk, so again called the DR. HOT LINE NO ONE ANSWERED , SO GOING THREW MY USUAL LINE OF DR WHO I CALLED , WELL IT'S THE WEEKEND SORRY! I DID NOT GO TO THE - ER- TO TAKE UP A SPACE FOR ANOTHER PERSON WHO REALLY NEEDED IT! - PEOPLE LISSEN AS FOR THE BATTERY, IT'S A LITH EM - WHICH IS A CLOSED CELL UNIT AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT GET IMEREST UNDER WATER!!
SO BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON, THE PAIN STARTED TO GO AWAY, BUT THAT DID NOT STOP ME FROM CALLING MY LAWYER & MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT IT , WHERE NO ONE FROM THE DR. OFFICE CALLED MONDAY OR TUESDAY TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING! SO FOR ONCE HE DID DOCUMENT IT IN HIS RECORDS !! HOPE IT HELPS IN MY CASE! IT'S SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE WORKS HE SAID! FOUND OUT SINCE I WAS DOING MY AQUA THEROPY (POOL)WORK OUT & HAVE PT 2X A WEEK FOR ONLY 12 VISITS - THATS ALL W/C GAVE I WAS STRECHING THE HAMSTRING & OTHER MUSCLES ( CAN'T NAME THEM ) BUT IT'S WORKING - I hope W/C will give me more PT!

Are they going to wait until you are dead before they ever do anything about your pain, like a permanent plan? How could it take so long? There has to be a reason for you waiting so long!
Hope you have a good weekend. Take care and try to be patient. There has to be an end to your long wait. Maybe that day is coming soon!

HAY MY FRIEND , THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT, BUT I agree with you ,they are trying to wear my down for the reason not to do the operation, since our state is really in the crapper!! no money really for anyone police or firemen! teachersare getting laidoff ! You hang in there my friend and never give up!! You deserve everything that is due you and more.I am so glad you are still after them,its a shame and disgrase you have to go through all this,but we all must fight for what we need.I know after my DAD came out of the warworld 2,and he was 100% disable from a war wound and had to spend 8 full months and 3 surgeries,Him amd my MOM had to fight to get hsi benfits which should have been sent to him without fighting. I know how hard it is.I was a late child and the younest of three for my parents,but the injury my DAd got finally got him when i was only 26.So keep fighing Peter,you are iin my prayers my friend,.God bless,shea....................

Glad to see that you are still fighting! Keep it up! It took me 2 hearings and about a year and a half to get my Social Security Disability!! My friend just applied and she thinks she will get it in a few months. I told her good luck!! I have never heard of anyone getting it without being turned down at least twice! Keep your chin up. Things will turn out right!
