DANGIT - FAILURE! I need to cut out the sweets and crackers!!!!

The learning curve starts all over again. Boo. :(

 

So in order to lose 1lb a week I should be eating:

1250 calories on non-exercise days.

1500 calories on exercise days.

Boy, this is gonna be hard. But I'll do my very best. 

 

I got a Wii Fit for Christmas and I've got my treadmill so I'm ready! (My gym closed :( and we're trying to save money so that's why I'm working out at home now.) And I decided to try something new for dinners. Small, lean cuts of meat or fish with salad and/or veggies. Trying to cut down on popping stuff in the microwave. My MO is Lean Cuisines and snacks. And the snacks kill me. I love eating cheese and crackers, carrots and ranch, chips, dips and chocolate. Anything small that I can pop into my mouth one after another is my downfall. So I know my weak spots and I will try to create an environment where I don't have to be tempted or get into a routine that makes me not think about SNACKS so much.
