So I've been making excuses and allowing life to interfere with my goals.
I was bored, tired of counting calories and working out, and just plain OVER IT.
I ate poorly 1 day then that turned into 2 days which quickly turned into 2 weeks.
Before things get too out of hand, I am putting my foot down!! My clothes are tighter and I'm worried that I'll end up back at the beginning if I settle right now. What a waste that would be.
My mom, her dog and the devil cat are went back to Galveston/Houston area and they have a good plan and are doing as well as possible in a crap situation. They are faring far better than most and the damage is minimal.
Hubby and I scoured our house this weekend, bought the most amazing vacuum (it RULES!), did all the laundry, cleaned out closets, cabinets and pantry... the works.
Oscar's (british shorthair kitten) room is ready to go with all his things. I pick him up October 1st from the airport and I'm taking off the whole day to give him a gentle welcome.
So I feel that the chaos is over and I'm organized and prepared to get going on my goals again.
I'm afraid to weigh myself, but will do so tomorrow morning. Ugh.

Today has been pretty crazy and I have a wedding shower tonight (who has a shower on a Monday??). So I won't be able to work out tonight. But tomorrow IT"S ON!
Tuesday I will begin my plan:
1. 1400 Calories a Day
2. 1 Hour Cardio 4x Week
3. 1 Hour Weights 2x Week
