I'm losing my motivatoin to log calories everyday, hence my absence. I'm tired of my trainer too.

Tonight is my last session with him and I'm am so glad. I'm just growing annoyed of the responsibilities of calorie counting and having to devote my time to Robert the trainer. I think I need some inspiration or sumthin. I'm just bored or uninterested... I'm not sure. I just know that my focus is not as strong and I'm not sure how to get back in the game. I fear that I am mentally talking myself into "settling". How do I stop?

You need to want to be in shape and in good health. Think of how good you feel when you are. We all need a break sometimes though. My DF is a body builder and he takes a week or two off here and there. Maybe try switching up what you are doing for a workout too. Doing the same thing over and over gets you in a rut. But, it also stunts progress. Your body gets used to what you do and does not respond as well. Try other things for a while and your body will not know what is going on and will work itself out harder (if that makes sense the way I said it ;-)
    YOU CAN DO IT!!!

TRY MY NEW SALAD DIET FOR AWHILE SO U CAN TAKE A BREAK FROM COUNTING. I WAS SICK OF DOING IT TO AND THIS IS ALL DONE IN ONCE CONTAINER AND ITS SO EASY. THEN WHEN UR FEELING BACK ON TRACK GO BACK TO HOW U LIKE DOING THINGS. OUR MINDS ARE EVIL AT TIMES...WE HAVE TO MOTIVATE OURSELVES AND ITS SO HARD BUT I KNOW U CAN DO IT..NO ONE SHOULD SETTLE IN TO ANYTHING

I think what Lioness is saying about taking a break has some merit.... It is easy to burn yourself out when you're working as hard as you were for a while and sometimes taking a break can help. You could also ask yourself some questions like: What do you think your reasons might be for talking yourself into settling? What would you gain by that-- or what would you lose by changing? What about your current routine is making you feel so fatigued and frustrated? Etc, etc. Sometimes you have to figure out why something is, to come up with a good plan to change it.
