Holy crap I'm so sore. So the past 2 days my trainer has moved me into hypertrophy training. It's so hard! Really heavy weight, but less reps. My muscles are in agony. I did different muscle groups each day and today and tomorrow are rest days. Thank god. I'm slammed at work (that's why I haven't been as chatty) and I have a UTI which is lovely. So I am really looking forward to the weekend and then I'm off to Tampa again for a photo shoot. It'll be so nice to be out of the office.
Just really need to watch the FOOD. It'll be EVERYWHERE! Damn Bahama Breeze deliciousness.






Ugh... Hope you feel better soon. The overwork, the muscle pain, OR the UTI might be enough to do me in ;) Take care of yourself.
