  Way to go on the 5 lbs! It took me 2 months to lose 10 - but I think you and I are doing it the right way. Slow and steady wins the race, right? It WON'T come back on if we're not dieting, and instead we're changing our lifestyles. You have 15 more to go, and I have 10 (or more, if it happens) - go team!

  I'm hanging in.It is already so miserably HOT here, and I hate it. Oh well, what can you do? Don't you have a trip coming up soon? That sounds really nice. We're going to Colorado next week to meet our new RE clinic and do a one day workup. IVF #4 (and FINAL) will be in the fall. Take care!

  yea!!! I know how you feel. Recently I was 149 the first time, in many, many, many years......but thats a long story. What is your goal? I am hoping to get to 130 but it is a long haul.........i do not lose fast.
