Okay, I know I'm not supposed to be happy about being sick, but looking down at the scale today made me want to jump for joy! With this stomach virus I had liquid coming out of both ends (sorry for the graphics) all day with nothing going in, so I lost 10 pounds in one day. It's scary, but I'm happy, dang it!!!

I think if I had someone to walk with me, I might be motivated to get out and actually do it. *frowns*
