We took our vaca in Ocean City MD. crappy weather, but we still had fun! My bfl, her hubby and my goddaughter came to visit :) Built some sand castles on the beach and cooked them dinner. It was great!! I was so happy to see them. Wish we lived closer together so I could see them more often.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!! So glad you got your GED!!! I hope you get that job too!! I will keep my fingers crossed for you... let me know how it works out. Yes, It is so great to go to the DR and not have an admission to the hospital. lol. I have been well, this summer has been so much fun!!! And I'm SUPER pumped for vaca, just 11 days away!!! Woot :) It's the best way to end the summer!

hang in there. the hospital sucks yes, i've been in twice in the last 9 months. first in my life really. but each time i felt better afterwards. so please do what they say even though i know you don't want to. just remember its for a good reason.

I'm glad that things are looking up for you!! Are you still in school? How is work?
Things are quite well over here. Rich is doing extremely well, now that he's actually doing what he needs to do to take care of himself!!! A few months ago, shit hit the fan and he had to make a choice; if you to continue on the path you are on, you will be doing it alone. So now he's doing everything; 2 treatments a day, all of his meds, he's even gaining weight!!!!! He started lifting weights, and in the near future we're going to start a cardio routine together. I am so very happy for him, and life is good when he is healthy :):) It's so nice to go to the Dr and have them be pleased with the progress and have good appointments!! I hope that now he sees it's not all bad, and that if you do what you need to do, things can be good :):)

I am a 19 year old girl that was diagnosed with CF at 6 months of age.
Treatments
- ADEKs Multivitamin Working / Worked
- This is a good multi-vitamin that seems to work for me!
- Amikacin Not Working
- I had a bad experience with this medication. I lost a lot of my hearing because of it. I wasnt told that that was a side effect untill after I lost some of my hearing.
- MucoMyst Working / Worked
- This works amazing for me! When I'm off it i notice a huge diffrence, I cough a lot without it!
- Pulmozyme Working / Worked
- ThAIRapy Vest Working / Worked
Close Depression
I have mild depression because of my disease. I have Cystic Fibrosis and it sucks!
Treatments
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- I started it and I moved up to a two doses a day and couldn't sleep at all at night and a got bad headaches. Now I'm on one dose a day and it seems to be working good.
Open Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I have smoked since I was 16, on and off. I have Cystic Fibrosis so I shouldn't smoke. I think its more of a social/habbit thing. I don't think I'm actually addicted to the tobacco.

- Cold Turkey Somewhat Helpful
- I've tried this MANY times. I am trying to do that again now.
