   Thank you for all the encouragement and prayers.  My hip is better and my spirit is grealtly lifted.  It is truly amazing what the power of prayer, and a bit of rest well do!  I really need to do better at praising the Lord in every season.  Ps 34:1  Hope you all are well!  Don't give up!  Brighter days are waiting for those who trust the Lord!!!!!!!!!  Aow
