   Things are a little better,i spent a week in hospital after a reaction iether coming off lithium or the lexapro and and vistrial, hallucinating the whole nine yards.
   I ended up at an outpateint programme, i was resentfull at first butgrew to learn and love the people and staff there.
   i think im am bringing alot of good skills home with me, i have been there two and half weeks so it is happy/sad that i have now graduated group and am on my own but i have alot of support groups to go to and plan on finding a craft group somewhere too.
   I dont think i,ll be back at work any time soon 4/5 weeks maybe, im still having alot of pannic and sleep issues but am working my way through them with my coping skills.
