      I've been fighting a losing battle for the past 25 years to lose weight and the only success I've had is gaining more.

      Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Not Working
      Atkins Diets! I could have killed for a cracker!
      Meridia Somewhat Helpful
      Lost a few pounds but gain it plus more once I stopped taking it.
