Close Breakups & Divorce
I am finally filing for divorce after a 3 year separation. We have tried to "make it work" again and again. Now I must accept the fact that it is not going to work. I will have to raise my son and triplet daughters on my own. Which I have basically been doing anyway; so at least that won't be new to me. But being alone - without companionship (at least "much" of the time) will be new.

- It works if I apply the concepts in my life everyday. Otherwise, it is only somewhat helpful. It is simple, but the concepts are sometimes hard to remember to stick to.
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- Love Not Working
- Love is very important in a relationship. Open-heartedness, ability to compromise and trustworthiness are vital elements, also.
- Time Not Working
- A person can't spend their entire life waiting for another person to "begin" to become considerate to her/him.
Close GERD & Heartburn
I developed acid reflux when I was pregnant with my triplets, 12 years ago. It was a battle at times; other times, a nightmare. Now, it only puts me down when I don't eat exactly right (boring) and when I'm under severe stress.

- Works ok if I eat only bland food and drink.

Open Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I have been smoking for 20 years. Although I have quit before for up to a few months, I have not had lasting success. Now, I'm ready to quit for good. I know I need to build a support base; that's why I'm here. I hope to hear from you.

Open Twins, Triplets & More
I gave birth to triplet daughters in 1995. My husband and I already had a son who was almost six years old. The girls are easier to manage now because they can walk :-) My husband and I have been separated for almost 3 years but I am now in the process of starting divorce proceedings. My husband helped me during their infancy, to a degree. But as the children have gotten older, he was not around more and more.

- Through prayer and faith, I have been able to rise to the responsibility of raising triplet daughters, as well as, a son.
Open Codependency
I am a recovering codependent. I've been in recovery for about 12 years; around the time my triplets were born. I am filing for divorce from a man who is an alcoholic/addict that goes in and out of recovery more than I change clothes. We have been married 18 years. And I can, finally, accept and face certain facts. I cannot change him and our marriage cannot work.

- Through the grace of God, I have finally begun to accept the life-renewing fact that I cannot change anyone. I, now, embrace that freedom!
