hey im a 26 yr old mom of 2 girls now zoe 4 (almost 5) and bodhi 4 mos. i have struggled and still do struggle with ocd mostly intrusive thoughts no outward checking or washing hands or stuff like that my ocd is strictly in my head i have a hard time coping with it and would love to meet some other people who are experiencing the same ocd as me so if there are any other people especially any other mommy's out there that think bad thought toward harming the ones they love most and who have severe anxiety because of these thoughts please contact me .....holly
