Next month I will celebrate one year of no alcohol. It has been tough, but I'm glad I did it, and thanks to all who have helped!

Wow look at you! You have grown so much over the past year...kicking alcohol AND ciggies is huge. Big big congrats going out to you. Now it's time to think about how you want to celebrate your first year sober. A day of pampering at the spa gets my vote :-)
