  Here's a prayer for you...that you are making it through the day, not w/ cleaning, back pain, headaches, and not w/Betty or w/ Gregory...but w/ B and re-doing evtg. J/K, well sorta not.   No worries, no planks, scissors, superman or swimmers.... I think I did it at the gym. I think I fucked up when I was supposed to keep my back straight and I turned it with my body... not the way you are supposed to do it. I iced it for about 20 and will ice it again in just a little while. hugs. I would tell you if it was your fault (smiles)
